Rikko - 3D Multiplayer Action Ricocheting Game: Team of 4 programmers and 3 artist

My responsibilities were to be a Programmer / Game Designer / Producer / Tester.

  • Game Logic: Programmed game states in C++ and game mechanics in Lua
  • User Interface: Built data driven menus in XML
  • Audio: Implemented a sound and music engine using FMOD and found audio for the game
  • Tool: Wrote a MEL script to export levels from Maya
  • Design: Wrote the design document and ran playtests for the game
  • Producer: Wrote weekly status reports and goals for each sprint
  • Testing: Found bugs and logged them to a specific team member in Trac

Astro Colony - Flash Board Game: Solo Project

My responsibilities were to be a Programmer / Game Designer.

  • Programming: Programmed everything in ActionScript 3 by using the Flash authoring tool and Flex Builder
  • Design: Wrote the design document and made a paper prototype

Muzika - Arcade Style Rhythm Game: Team of 3 programmers and 1 artist

My responsibilities were to be a Programmer / Game Designer / Audio Director / Tester.

  • Game Logic: Programmed game states and game mechanics in C++

Bikerz Brawl - 2D side-scroller multiplayer shooter: Team of 2 programmers

My responsibilities were to be a Programmer / Game Designer / Producer / Art Director / Tester.

  • Programming: Programmed game logic and user interface in C#
  • Design: Wrote the design document and ran playtests for the game
  • Art: Made all of the assets in Photoshop
  • Production: Organized weekly schedules
  • Testing: Found bugs and reported them to the other team member
